At Wiz Music, we are committed to empower music artists by approaching them to their fans thanks to blockchain and NFTs technology. We want the fans to be able to invest in their favorite bands and earn royalties with them, which translates into sharing the success. We know that disruption is always challenging and we are committed to making NFTs technology accessible to everyone through a curated UX.

What is the opportunity?

A large part of the success of Wiz Music depends on our ability to reach the millions of fans that each of the artists that are with us have. The VP Marketing is a critical role to ensure we have a top-tier global brand, an engaging message that translates our value proposition to the fans, and an effective performance marketing strategy in order to hit targets.

We’re looking for a VP Marketing that will help grow the team, define the 3-5 year priorities for the function, build the brand content strategy, and achieve our targets. 

Responsibilities

• Defining the short, mid and long-term marketing strategy for the company
• Growing the number of fans purchasing tokens in Wiz Music.
• Overseeing performance marketing which includes paid digital media, SEO, social marketing, lead nurturing and marketing automation, brand content strategy, and PR
• Collaborating regularly with the sales team to achieve global company targets
• Setting and managing the marketing budget, to maximize ROI and minimizing CAC
• Overseeing marketing analytics and tracking best practices

Requirements

• 6+ years experience with data driven digital performance marketing
• Experience leading marketing teams to set strategy, manage to budget and achieve performance targets. Experience with high growth start-ups is a plus.
• The ideal candidate has helped scale a company to €50M+ annual revenue
• Experience building and executing a global strategy
• Successfully scaled and managed a team of 10+ people
• Passionate about music is a plus
• Really positive, upbeat and social
• Encouraged by challenges and enjoy having tons of autonomy
• A do-er - the moment you get out of bed, you’re getting stuff done
